Andrew Nietor will present a lecture to the California Defense Bar Association
Andrew Nietor will give a lecture entitled "Immigration Consequences of Criminal Cases" to the California Defense Bar Association on April 24, 2012. The presentation will focus on the obligations of criminal defense attorneys to advise alien defendants of the consequences of their criminal cases.
Andrew Nietor to give lecture entitled "Federal Criminal Defense for the Immigration Attorney"
Andrew Nietor will be speaking to the San Diego chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association on the topic of immigration and criminal defense attorneys working together to better serve their clients. The lecture will be on April 18, 2012, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Andrew Nietor will be speaking at the 2012 AILA Conference
On June 16, 2012, Andew Nietor will be giving a lecture at the 2012 Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He will be speaking on how criminal defense and immigration attorneys can work together to better serve their clients.
